The problem is that what we consider today &quot;normal&quot; is pushed away from what normal should be, and this is illustrated by comparing the two photos you posted. And unfortunately this is a growing trend and without proper education there is nothing much we can do about it. This healthy education should start in our homes and in our schools and follow us everywhere we go. Also, weight loss, I believe it should be a process, which starts with the realization that &quot;I can&#039;t go on like this&quot;.]]></description>
